We need certain details in order for us to book services on your behalf. Generally the minimum required are a form of address for you (Preferred name) and an email account. We store these on the office computer in order to be able to reply to you efficiently.
For some services, especially flights, we need considerably more information. Our Flight information and tickets page list those details.
It would be unusual for us to need other personal details - other than your travel dates.
We do not need to, nor ever ask for, any financial information. We sometimes ask for a deposit but we use a Paypal account to receive that and therefore never see your personal financial information.
We only ask for the information that we need in order to advise upon an suitable itinerary and to book any services that you have requested us to book on your behalf.
We like to show that we are a quality service provider by displaying some of the great feedback we receive on our website. We like to use names in order to show that this is genuine feedback but do not display email accounts or other details that might lead to an invasion of your privacy. We will amend or remove any testimonials if requested, without question.
We do not use store your email account to bombard you with emails after your visit. If you are kind enough to write back and comment upon our services we will respond but we will not write otherwise.
We do not pass on your information to third parties.

Qing Ming Festival is a tradition throughout China often known as the grave-sweeping festival. Although marked as 5 April on the calendar, actually this is a period of two weeks during which the family pay their respects to their ancestors by cleaning up the graves and offering sacrifices.
